Our story began back in the late 1800’s. With pride, our small boutique family hemp farm started off growing fruits, vegetables and ancient grains. We also supplied our local cheese factory with fresh milk daily from grass fed, pastured dairy cows. Our family traditions carry on but today our focus has been bringing back hemp to the beautiful family land.
Back in the 1940’s, Wisconsin farms, like ours, were considered the leading producers of industrial hemp and today many of the local small farms are working together toward bringing back the incredible plant that lead the way for agricultural advancement in a time when our country needed it the most.
Here at Brookside Hemp Farm, we are excited to do our part. Following in our grandfathers footsteps, we grow small boutique sized plots with solid, pest free, disease free genetics. We only use organic practices and focus on quality over quantity.
